Syntra AI Solutions LLC ("Syntra", "we", "us") provides customer engagement software to restaurants and retailers. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through our platform and on behalf of our partner businesses.

We collect information you provide directly (such as your name, mobile number, and email when you opt in to a partner's SMS program), information generated from transactions at partner locations, and standard technical data (IP address, device type, usage logs).

3. How we use information

We use the information to operate the platform, send marketing messages on behalf of the partner you opted in with, measure program performance, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable laws including TCPA and CTIA guidelines.

4. SMS messaging

SMS messages are sent only after explicit opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Sharing

We share information with the partner business you transacted with, with vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, messaging, analytics) under contract, and where required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@syntrai.co. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
